Extracts from a lengthy discussion between Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet MD, and Dr. Peter Breggin MD, author of COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We are the Prey (available in paperback and as an e-publication/kindle at online booksellers including Amazon). Introduction to the discussion by Dr. Breggin:
Dr. Vliet is an outstanding physician, a force in the ethical and scientific treatment of COVID-19. She recently started the Truth for Health Foundation and has already taken on some of the most difficult medical tasks in the world today—rescuing COVID-19 patients from death at the hands of corrupt, misguided, or intimidated hospital doctors and administrators.
With Peter A. McCullough MD as the medical director of her foundation, they are stepping into the void wherever people are suffering from abuses under COVID-19. Her descriptions of hospital treatment today are both heartbreaking and inspiring.

We also describe the network of global predators who have imposed this lockstep medical betrayal on patients throughout the world.
DR. VLIET: You know, Dr. Breggin, I think it’s important also for the two of us to take more a 50,000 foot view of what’s going on. Because I was very struck last year, in 2020, that within days, all 50 states had similar language coming out from medical boards trying to suppress early treatment with hydroxychloroquine, and later invermectin. And I was struck… Jeremy Snavely, a business manager for AAPS [Association of American Physicians and Surgeons] and I, actually looked at a whole lot of different states and they all had the same language. That was unusual. How do state medical boards and state governors all have a prepared language to suppress hydroxychloroquine, last year, in 2020, and now ivermectin, all describing it the same way, all at the same time?
So there was that. Now, with the hospitals, in every single one, they are violating their own patient rights’ documents that every patient has to sign on admitting to the hospital. They are doing the same strategies of cutting back IV fluids and nutrition, and vitamins, and inhaled corticosteroids, or nebulised steroids. They’re using half-doses of anti-coagulants instead of therapeutic doses. Or they’re using the lower preventive dose, not the therapeutic dose, when we know that Covid causes massive blood-clotting. And they are prohibiting all the medicines that might help, and forcing people to take one drug [Remdesivir] that the clinical trials showed was harmful in many ways, and doesn’t work very well late stage, and then they’re pushing them onto ventilators, which we knew in 2020 was damaging lungs. Then they’re using high-flow oxygen at 50 and 60 litres which is also toxic to the lungs.
So, it’s a co-ordinated approach. They all have the same language in the way they’re talking to patients. They’re all preventing patients’ families and access by power of attorney.
So my question, at the 50,000 foot view, which fits with your book, Covid-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey — we are the prey, and hospital patients are the most vulnerable prey of all — who are the puppets? Who are the global predators? Who is co-ordinating all of this: that all these hospitals are using the same language and same approaches and same drugs, and limiting and preventing the same types of medicines? We have never seen that in this country. Ever. Ever.
DR. BREGGIN: Well the planning goes back a long way and it’s enabled them to establish some sort of a way of communicating these massive responses.
Another example is quite stunning. As Covid loses its control over people they’re moving in the direction of resurrecting global warming. And about two weeks ago now, 120 medical journals published the identical same editorial, saying the lessons we had learned about taking over society and making things happen during Covid-19 had to be applied to global warming. And the journals included things like The Lancet, the BMJ, the Journal of the American Medical Association. And the Lancet person who seems to have been key in it, was the head of a commission set up by the Lancet, this is a medical journal, and the commission is called, The Commission for the Value of Death.
DR. VLIET: What!
DR. BREGGIN: Now you can’t make up these things. So we’re seeing come together forms of evil in a very, very co-ordinated manner. We trace in the book, back to Bill Gates announcing in 2010, along with Fauci, way back then, working with him as a member of his vaccine committee, that this was going to be the decade of the vaccine. And he said that he expected to fulfil all the demands that he was making, by 2021.
And I think that they inflicted the pandemic on us, and I really think we demonstrate it in the book, in 2020 because they had to stop Trump’s 2020 election campaign. They could not afford another year of Trump who was so against globalism – [despite] all his other failures. Trump pushed for Operation Covid-19 and these huge vaccine boondoggles.
DR. VLIET: I think he was lied to. I’m convinced he was lied to.
DR. BREGGIN: Yes, I think he was lied to. And people like yourself made a great effort to communicate with him and did. But I think he didn’t have any idea of the depth of the evil, that Operation Covid-19 was fully planned.
We show in the book [that] by 2015, Bill Gates was already working with Klaus Schwab, the Great Reset, to not only accomplish the aims of having the pandemic and setting up all this wealth that would come generating up to the elites, but also thinking ahead, as Bill Gates always was, to the global warming as another excuse for dominating the planet.
And they had an agreement by 2016 with the World Health Organisation on how Bill Gates and his billionaires and his drug companies – who were organised under a still existing organisation called CEPI [Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations] – how they were going to divide up control.
The money control was going to come from CEPI, which involved Pfizer and Moderna, and also federal agency representatives, including Rick Bright from BARDA [Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority] who stopped Trump from making hydroxychloroquine available. They were planning this.
By 2017 they literally had a Memorandum of Understanding: all the big corporations coming together under CEPI, under Schwab, under Bill Gates – a Memorandum of Understanding about how they were going to divide things up.
And then you look at who controls the World Health Organisation who’s setting all these standards, bizarre standards that are being followed. And Bill Gates is a major contributor. He took over when Trump withdrew money from WHO. He started giving even more money to WHO. But behind it all is Communist China because they have been in control of the World Health Organisation for about 10 years. Before their current head of the World Health Organisation [Tedros], who was put in by China, there was actually a Chinese doctor who was in charge of the World Health Organisation.
So there was a massive time together, of people who have two purposes.
One is to become extremely wealthy and powerful at any cost.
The other is to control things politically. And it’s not about progressives, it’s not about capitalists. We found that none of these people are truly idealistic progressives, as Americans would think of progressives. Nor are they capitalists in a free market sense. They’re all predators. And at the top it’s just this combination of predators.
And they have these odd inclinations. They all favour the pruning of the population. Bill Gates has laughed about people dying – [because] then you wouldn’t need to do so much to reduce global warming. Bill Gates said this with a weird smile on his face. Makes me anxious to think about it. But I’ve never heard him call for killing people. But others have very definitely called for the pruning of the population. Klaus Schwab celebrated – we talk about this in the book – the silence of the cities; how beautiful the cities were with no activity in them.
So these are sick, destructive, violent elites who have come together with the most vicious, powerful dictatorship in the history of the world, which is what is being imposed on the Chinese people and their neighbours, by Xi Jinping.
And people were sold a bill of goods. There are now multiple books contradicting this. But people were sold a bill of goods that the Chinese just want to grow their own country. But that’s never really been China. China was one of the world’s great empires. Then it came into collision with the British empire, who wanted to dominate it. So there’s a tradition in China of great empires. And then of course the Communist Manifesto. Communism is all about empire. It’s going to be the empire of the leaders of the proletariat. Which of course it is not, it’s just one more miserable, all-powerful elite in China.
So I mean that’s a general picture. But it’s very hard to grasp.
I’m still relishing that a day ago we looked up the e-book [of Covid-19 and the Global Predators] and it was number one in medicine. Can you imagine that? And it’s gone from one to three and back and forth in political science. It’s the e-book that’s selling big now.
DR. VLIET [chuckling] Well [the print edition is] 600 pages.
DR BREGGIN: That’s right. It’s a big book
DR. VLIET: I think, those of us of our generation, are the ones who are going to have to fight to help restore medical freedom, the Oath of Hippocrates – and some people may notice I have a black ribbon around my Caduceus [medical lapel badge] because I am appalled at the way in which physicians are dishonouring and shaming the Oath of Hippocrates in not advocating for their patients. They will be held accountable before God on Judgment Day. And those of us who have stood for God’s Truth, for medical truth, for exposing the evil that is determined to bring us down and destroy human life, and our freedoms, all of us can be very pleased and proud that we just said, not on my watch. We are going to stand for what is right.
And you and your wife were total inspirations to me, as I watched the hours and hours of work, you both were putting in 12 and 14, and maybe 16 hour days much of the year, which is what it took to get that book done. Your research is impeccable, and everyone needs to read this to understand exactly what we’ve been up against. You cannot fight an enemy you do not know. So, read Covid-19 and the Global Predators because the only way you avoid being the prey is to know who’s coming after you.
